Chocolate Tiramisu with Sladoff “Sladkie pugovki”

Home-made Tiramisu with Sladoff “Sladkie pugovki” doesn’t need baking at all. At that, the other simplest “hurry-up” recipes pale in comparison with it. The secret is that all ingredients of Tiramisu with Sladoff “Sladkie pugovki” are so well chosen and well-balanced that, on tasting the cake (if you carefully follow the recipe), it’s possible to “get to heavens” (That’s exactly what the name of the dessert means in Italian).

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 300 gr Sladoff “Sladkie pugovki” cookies

Crème:

  • 250 gr of mascarpone
  • 350 ml of whipping cream (30-35 % fat content)
  • 2/3 glass of confectioner’s sugar
  • 4 tablespoonfuls of liquor

Cocoa:

  • 300 ml of milk
  • 5 teaspoonfuls of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/3 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonful of rum (dark)

Topping:

  • 50 gr of chocolate
  • 3 teaspoonfuls of cocoa powder
  • Berries – for decoration

To make the cocoa, you should mix sugar and cocoa powder with hot milk, add rum, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to the boil and remove from fire. Cool the cocoa.

Whip cream with confectioner’s sugar. Then add mascarpone and first stir carefully with a fork, after that when the mass becomes smooth, you can whip it up at low speed. On whipping, add liquor.

Prepare an appropriate pan or dessert bowls. Dip all Sladoff “Sladkie pugovki” into the cocoa (Dip cookies into the cocoa only for a short period, otherwise they can soak). Put the first layer into the pan (dessert bowls). Then put the half of the crème and flatten it with a spatula. Put one more layer of Sladoff “Sladkie pugovki” and then the other half of the crème.

Dust the top of the crème with cocoa powder and sprinkle it with grated chocolate. To equalize the cocoa, it’s necessary to take a sieve and sift the cocoa onto the dessert through it. Cover the pan (dessert bowls) with a patch of cling film and put it into the fridge for 6-8 hours.

Decorate with berries before serving.

Delicious and quick to make Sladoff “Palmirki” cake

It will be no trouble even for the most inexperienced housewife to make a cake using Sladoff “Palmirki”. The cake is tasty, and cooking won’t take as much time as if you did blind baking yourself.

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 500 gr of Sladoff “Palmirki” (you can use Sladoff “Sladushki” with chocolate, instead)

Crème:

  • 1 glass of milk;
  • 2 teaspoonfuls of flour;
  • 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar;
  • 100 gr of butter;
  • 200 gr of condensed milk;
  • vanilla as an option

Topping:

  • 100 gr of walnuts

Pore milk into a saucepan, add sugar and flour and stir well, put the saucepan onto a medium fire. Bring to the boil, in stirring; cool.

Add soft butter and condensed milk in the cooled crème and whip well again at great speed, as an option you can add vanilla or vanilla sugar.

When the crème is cool, you can make the cake.

Put a layer of Sladoff “Palmirki” (or Sladoff “Sladushki” with chocolate) on a plate. Smear the layer of the puff pastries abundantly with the pastry crème. Place one more layer of “Palmirki” on top and smear it with the pastry crème.

Grind up 100 gr of walnuts. Sprinkle the top and the sides of the cake with walnuts well.

The cake should soak and infuse so that it becomes soft and delicious.
